Scandinavian & Baltic company were in the midst of a companywide culture tranformation and development initiative when the director responsible for this program accepted a new outside job offer. Riina of Peoplegeeks took over the project as Interim Director Leadership and Culture until a new hire was found.
We planned culture communication and workshops for the employees and facilitated the workshops for 400 shop floor employees in Finnish, English and Swedish within two months. We created and ran a train the trainer program for Norway and the Baltic countries. In these cases, local facilitators held the same workshops we previously held in Finland. Hundreds of employee initiated ideas were gathered and tens of them implemented. Some of the ideas were implemented only a day after the workshop!

It was especially rewarding to get a note from a worker who was about to retire within two months, who brought fruit to the “teacher”.
