The organization had a long history of implementing standard employee satisfaction surveys. For the past years the results had remained remarkably static and the survey did not provide much new insights.
During the initial phase of the project, the survey content was re-focused to align with the organization’s future vision and strategic goals. The new survey model consisted from a solid concept, understandable metrics and actionable results. Later focus was targeted to improve the overall process to take full advantage of the survey concept.
Overall feedback from HR and Business was very positive towards the renewed concept.
