The company’s employee survey results pointed out a need for developing leadership and there was a need to understand leadership gaps more in detail for targeted actions and support. 

Instead of using a generic framework for assessing leadership, we defined a customized leadership framework that was aligned with company’s broader business and organizational objectives. A 360-feedback tool was then calibrated to reflect the leadership framework and all managers received individual feedback reports. Results were further analyzed on a group level to identify meaningful focus areas. Afterwards coaching services were provided for those managers in most need.
