Development
In this phase, we determine what is the best way to use your data and prepare it accordingly for data modelling. Here, we develop proof of concept and put the model in action. Typically, in this phase we may need to reconsider relating processes and practices, to enable taking action from analytics.
Deployment
Deployment is the last phase and at this stage the newly developed analytical processes will be automated and integrated to end-user tools. Here, appropriate change management plays crucial role to ensure we are achieving projected outcomes.
